In a bid to further its diplomatic stance, Armenia is set to start its mission in the island nation of Cyprus.
According to a statement by Ararat Mirzoyan, the Armenian Foreign Minister made in a joint press conference with his Cypriot counterpart in Yerevan, the Armenian government plans to open their mission within the year.
He further added that this development will help forge better relations between the two countries, and better cooperation in the region in general.
